AWAKEN WOMBAN 5 DAY CHALLENGE

We will use a combination of meditation, breath work, sounding, embodiment & energetic practices to help you open, heal & activate your dormant womb power, giving you all the basic tools & understandings that you need to start your womb healing journey

• We will meet once a day in the evening from 19h00-20h00 (CET/SAST time zone).
• Each zoom session will be max 1hr long with 20min of lecture & 40min of active embodiment practice
• Each session & practice will focus on a different foundational aspect of womb healing.
• There will be a chance at the end of each session to ask questions & share anything significant that came up for you during the practice.
• All sessions will be recorded, and if you can’t make the live session you will be sent the replay.
• No prior womb healing work or understanding is necessary, this is aimed at all women at all stages of their journey, whether you are just beginning or have been on the path for a little while.
