These sessions are specifically tailored towards your situation & personal circumstances as we work together to understand your unique energy. In these sessions we dive deep into your body, mind & soul helping you create alignment from within. I use & give you access to all the tools that have helped me heal, from womb healing, to breath work with many more in between.
