WOMEN'S CIRCLES
What exactly is a Women's Circle and why should you attend one?
What?
Women's Circles are sacred events for women to gather as likeminded souls to share, to love, to grieve, to surrender, to learn, to grow, to embrace, to open. These events are about showing up in support of personal and collective healing. These circles are about sharing with you the embodied codes to help you shift your reality, connect to your deepest soul essence & create lasting change, abundance & health into your life.

We will explore these topics through a variety of mediums including but not limited to: meditations, visualisations, dance, embodiment practices, explorative art, vocal activations
Join us for a fun evening to sync-back-in-flow with yourself & divine sisterhood; to laugh & connect! Discover your intuitive power, connect bak to your sacred temple (body) and remember your divine worth.
Why?
Women's Circles are a way for women to come into sacred ceremony with each other and provide a space for each other to be seen, supported, loved & held in non-judgment. It is a way for us to connect & become witness to the Divine Feminine energy that is inherent in us all, as we acknowledge the oppression of women & the feminine within our deeply ingrained Patriarchal society. It is a way for us let go, heal & rise above what currently challenges us in our daily lives
Who?
These are women only events & therefore hold a level of sacredness & mystery. What happens in circle, stays in circle. These events are facilitated by Josie Thorne, a certified Red Tent Facilitator, and sometimes there may be a guest facilitator too. There is a spoken rule of privacy & confidentiality, so that everyone may feel sate to be & express themselves
How?
We use the structure & teachings of Red Tent to create our sacred Circles. Red Tent offers a safe space to be with other women, as witness and support, in owning, healing & transforming wounds of betrayal & mistrust that have developed because of patriarchal control. In order to fully open our hearts & wombs, to participate in honest, vulnerable & sacred connection, we need to feel safe & restored to fully trust in sisterhood again. By holding space for these wounds to be shared openly & without shame, healed and forgiven. Women's Circles can be truly loving, nurturing & nourishing spaces sourced from the overflow of inner trust, raw vulnerability, feminine connection & unique womb wisdom that each of us bring in our own unique way.
When?
These circles take place over the new or full moon on a monthly basis. The aimed is for these events to be a regular therapeutic tool for women to have in their lives as a consistent communal support structure.
Cost?
I try to keep these circles affordable, to encourage as many women as possible to attend. The standard price is €20/$22/R250. We never want something as surface level as money, to prevent you from accessing the deep magic & healing of these events, so if money is a barrier to entry for you, then please reach out & we are always happy to discuss a reduced rate for BIPOC or a payment plan.
