Refund Policy
I want you to feel good about every purchase. Here’s how refunds work for different types of products and services.

Digital products
This includes courses, ebooks, guided meditations, and any other downloadable or streamable digital content.
Once you access or download a digital product, it is non-refundable. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), when you purchase digital content and begin accessing it, you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. You confirm this at checkout.
If you purchase a digital product but have not yet accessed or downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase — a broken download link, a file that won’t open, a course that won’t load — please reach out. I will fix the problem or issue a refund. I’m not here to keep your money for something that doesn’t work.
Coaching packages
I offer coaching as individual sessions and multi-session packages. Here’s how refunds work for each:
Full package refund
If you purchase a coaching package and no sessions have been used, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
After sessions have begun
Once you’ve attended one or more sessions, the package is no longer refundable in full. If circumstances change and you need to stop, I’ll work with you on a fair arrangement — that might mean pausing the remaining sessions, transferring them to someone else, or applying the balance toward a different offering. I handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, because life is not one-size-fits-all.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
Life happens. You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used. I appreciate the same courtesy I extend to you — if I need to reschedule, I’ll give you as much notice as possible.
Workshops & events
For live workshops, group programmes, and events (online or in-person):
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund, or you can transfer your spot to someone else
- Less than 7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer your spot to someone else
If a workshop includes a recorded component, you’ll still receive access to the recording even if you can’t attend live.
Cancellation by me
If I need to cancel a workshop or event, you’ll receive a full refund. If I reschedule and the new date doesn’t work for you, you’ll also receive a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email me at hello@syncinflow.com with your name, order details, and the reason for your request. I aim to respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via my payment provider.

I built this business on trust, and I want every interaction you have with Sync-In Flow to feel fair. These policies exist to protect both of us, but they aren’t a wall. If you’re in a situation that doesn’t fit neatly into the categories above, please just reach out. I’d rather have an honest conversation than lose a good relationship over a rigid policy.
