These terms govern your use of the Sync-In Flow website (syncinflow.com) and any products or services purchased through it. Sync-In Flow is operated by Josie Thorne, based in Berlin, Germany.

By using this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or make a purchase.

What I offer

Sync-In Flow provides:

• Digital products — self-paced courses, ebooks, guided meditations, and other downloadable or streamable content
• Coaching — 1:1 coaching sessions and multi-session packages delivered via video call
• Workshops & events — group sessions, live workshops, and retreats (online or in-person)
• Free content — blog posts, podcast episodes, newsletter, and resources available on this website

Payments and pricing

All payments are processed securely through my payment provider. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged.

By completing a purchase, you authorise my payment provider to process payment on my behalf. They act as the Merchant of Record and handle billing, tax compliance, and payment processing. Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within purchased products — including text, images, audio, video, course materials, ebooks, and guided meditations — is owned by Josie Thorne / Sync-In Flow and protected by copyright.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own private purposes. You may not copy, distribute, resell, reproduce, or share purchased content without written permission. This includes sharing login credentials, screen recording course content, or redistributing ebooks or meditations.

Short quotes from free blog content are welcome with proper attribution and a link back to the original post.

User accounts

Some products may require you to create an account to access purchased content. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact me immediately.

My coaching and educational content is rooted in menstrual health awareness, somatic practices, and cyclical living. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

I am not a doctor, licensed therapist, or registered healthcare professional. Nothing I share — in coaching sessions, courses, workshops, or on this website — should be taken as a diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical recommendation. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional.

Coaching outcomes vary from person to person. I can share knowledge, hold space, and guide your exploration, but I cannot guarantee specific results.
